Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026
This policy explains how MC Pressure Washing ("we", "us"), an exterior-cleaning business serving Northeast Ohio, handles information collected through mcpressurewashing.net. The website, its quote system, and its text-message notification program are hosted and operated on our behalf by TECHLEAD 187 LLC.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, you give us:
- Contact details: name, phone number, and (optionally) email address.
- The service address and, if you choose, a map pin or device location for the property.
- Property and job details: property type, number of stories, approximate square footage, requested services, and notes.
- Photos you choose to upload.
We also record basic, anonymous page-view counts (the page visited, time, and browser type) to understand site traffic. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To review your request, prepare an estimate, contact you, and schedule and perform the work.
- To notify our owner and staff, by email, text message, or app notification, that a new request has arrived.
- To keep business records of estimates and completed jobs.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing to you by text message.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the website and respond to you, and only for that purpose:
- Google Cloud and Firebase (website hosting, secure data and photo storage, sign-in for our staff).
- Brevo (delivery of the email and text-message alerts sent to our owner about new requests).
- Esri (address suggestions and satellite map imagery on the quote form).
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
Our text-message program sends new-quote alerts to the business owner and staff who have opted in to receive them. Mobile numbers and consent collected for this program are used only to deliver those alerts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for full program details.
Security and retention
Your information is stored in Google Cloud with access limited to our owner and authorized staff, enforced by access rules. We keep quote records as long as needed to serve you and meet business record-keeping needs, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by calling 440-728-7117. Email is optional on the quote form.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
